Hello, my name is Heinrich. I have been with LEONI since July 1991, and I am therefore counting myself as part of the increasingly rare bedrock in the company. From my very first day I worked in Group IT, and during this time I was privileged to assist its development into an organizational unit with global operations. This also included setting up IT service centers in Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia, and the NAFTA area. I have also been responsible for our ERP system environment with a team of more than 200 employees the world over. In 2018, I switched to IT Program Management, where I have been in charge of FLOW as program manager since 2020. FLOW is LEONI's transformation program with a focus on harmonizing and standardizing processes and master data while at the same time implementing an SAP S/4HANA platform globally.

Over all these years, I have been able to gather many memories that have left their mark. For example, in 1992 I was given my first managerial responsibilities at LEONI. I also have very good memories of the piloting of SAP R/3 at LEONI in Ireland in 1999, as well as of the major challenge in the years 2008 and thereafter when I was given responsibility for internationalizing our group IT by setting up IT service centers in Africa, Asia, the NAFTA area, and Eastern Europe. In 2020, I switched to the FLOW program, and I have been its IT program manager since then.
