Information on the degree program with in-depth practical experience
In the first semesters of thebachelor's degree program in business administration, you will build up a comprehensive knowledge of business and economics. Subsequently, the focus is on the area of human resources management. The alternating practical phases at the Roth location offer you insights into various areas relevant to your studies, especially in the areas of human resources management, development, controlling and health management. Through the practical experience gained, we promote your personal development and also support you in your orientation for your future career after graduation.
The duration of the program is 3.5 years. The theory phase takes place at Nuremberg University of Applied Sciences, the practical phase at LEONI's facility in Roth. If you would like your theory phase to take place at a different location, you are welcome to get in touch with the contacts below and specify the university you would like to attend. The prerequisite is that a similar course of study is offered there.
After graduation, you will have access to a wide range of areas within the company, such as human resources development and management.
